We've done our best to cover everything throughout our awesome store but we know how inquisitive our customers are and you may have some unanswered questions. We've popped a few extra questions and answers below but if you have something niggling and you want to know for sure, contact us! That's what we are here for.
Q. Are you an NDIS Provider?
A. Yes Kids On Abington is a Registered NDIS Provider. Please see our NDIS page dedicated to help Participants and their carers place orders.
Q. What are your delivery times?
A. We aim to move orders quickly through our system. Afterall, how exciting is it to receive a parcel in the mail?! Most products ship within 2-3 working days however some products have longer delivery times. Please look on product pages as it will be listed there. If we are experiencing delays for any reason a notice will be placed on the homepage.
Q. Can pick-up be arranged?
Contactless pick up is currently available. Please contact us to arrange a time.
Q. I've ordered an item that is on pre-order can I order other items with it?
A. Yes. If you purchase other items in your order these will all be sent together when the pre-order arrives. If you need an item urgently, we suggest you place a separate order.
Q. Where is my receipt? I've received my order but there was no receipt.
A. In our bit to protect the environment we no longer (or it is very rare for us) send receipts with your products. We conducted a survey on Facebook some time back and the majority of our customers said they throw them in the bin! When you place an order with us you receive a receipt of your purchase via email with your order number on it. This is your proof of purchase. Please make sure you type the correct email address in with the correct spelling when placing an order.
A. We recycle boxes and packaging as much as possible. This means we may reuse boxes and packaging to pack your order.
Q. My Yumbox latch broke, can I get a replacement?
A. Yes you sure can. Please head over to Mini Hippo who have the replacement latches.
